The Little by Little Campaign is all about the power of small donations. During this special week-long event, every contribution up to $100 is matched at 50%, meaning your generosity goes even further. It’s an incredible way to turn small gifts into life-changing opportunities for those who need it most.
At Leadership Initiatives, we believe that real change happens when we empower communities with the resources and skills they need to thrive. The challenges we aim to address—lack of access to education, inadequate healthcare, unsafe drinking water, and limited economic opportunities—are not just obstacles; they are barriers to hope, progress, and a better future.
Our interns are the heart and soul of this campaign. By leveraging their passion, networks, and creativity, we can reach a broader audience and amplify our impact. We are counting on our interns to be advocates, storytellers, and champions for these communities.
The school in Lushi was rebuilt with additional classrooms and, for the first time, restrooms, thanks in part to funding raised in the littlexlittle campaign.

littlexlittle Has Helped Fund Our Work In Communities Like:
Leadership Initiatives partnered with the Inkil Community to address the community's most pressing needs: building a safe new school and providing the community with a reliable and safe water source.
Unreliable power and limited medicines and equipment were affecting care at the Nagari Clinic and Maternity. A partnership Leadership Initiatives led to a major step forward.
Leadership Initiatives partnered with the Madina Quarters community to tackle critical challenges by expanding school facilities and constructing a covered well.
In Tirwun, unsafe classrooms and contaminated water put education and health at risk. Leadership Initiatives partnered with the community to renovate the local school and build a sustainable clean water source.

Dates & Deadlines
Leadership Initiatives "Little by Little" Campaign will run for 8 days, from September 21st at 00:00:00 EDT to September 28th, 2025 at 23:59:59 EDT.
Matching Funds
During the Little by Little Campaign, donations ranging from $10 to $100 will be matched at 50% while matching funds are available. For instance, a $50 donation will receive an additional $25, maximizing the impact of each contribution until the matching funds are exhausted.
Limitations
All donations must be made on the GlobalGiving Team Website Page.
Donations above $100 will be matched only on the first $100.
To calculate matching amounts, donations made in other currencies will be converted to USD. The exchange rate will be estimated at the time of the donation but may be subject to change until the donation settles with the donor’s bank or credit card. Funds will be disbursed based on the settlement value of each transaction.
Donation Methods
All donations are final, and Leadership Initiatives cannot change the time, date, or status of a donation after it is processed. Any activity that does not align with the spirit of individual donor support will be monitored, and Leadership Initiatives reserves the right to disqualify organizations for any attempts of misconduct.

Tax Efficiency
