Story of the business
Rita began the make-up business as an undergraduate in university. She had always loved to make people look nice. She started out by simply preparing her friends for class, parties, weddings and other events. She was inspired when she read about a female Nigerian business tycoon Tara Fela-durotoye, who is currently making millions from the beauty industry she started just by making up friends, in a magazine. In 2013, Rita officially turned her knack into a business.

Class of 2019
My name is Anna, and I am a Senior at Champion High School.
In order to keep myself challenged, I take AP courses offered at my school. I am involved in the orchestra (violin), Mock Trial team, and enjoy being apart of other clubs such as Student Council and Young Historians. Along with those school activities, I am apart of the community theatre teen troupe, and have performed in three productions this year. I also love being in my church’s youth group, and have been in the community orchestra for 5 years.
This is the first time that I have been in a program like this, and I am very thankful to have the chance to be apart of it. I know that this will be an exciting next few years, and I can’t wait to work with my team to hopefully better other people’s’ lives.

My name is Rebekah Reisterer. I am rising a junior at Portage Northern High School. I enjoy challenging myself academically by taking several IB classes along with some honors course and a health science class at a local college. At my highschool I run Cross Country and Track, currently I have 2 varsity letters in each sport.
Through these sports I have learned how to be a leader and the importance of making sacrifices in order to help others. I am excited to be participating in the International Leadership and Business Summit.I hope to learn more valuable life lessons through the program while also building strong connections in the competitive field of business.
I am very excited to be working with the business partners in Nigeria to support the community. I hope to change the lives of the people in the communities we work with and gain valuable life experiences in the process.
